“As we settle down into our beautiful new space, we want to take a moment to thank you for a job well done.  You have gathered together your staff and a team of sub-contractors who not only have the highest professional standards but who also are very considerate, kind people.  We enjoyed having them in our home – they respected our privacy and kept us well informed as to what would happen on a given day.  Construction noise was at a minimum and for the most part scheduling went smoothly.  The whole project was much less disruptive than we had imagined it would be.

A special word of thanks to Carl and Sam, our ‘on site’ supervisor and assistant.  Day after day they were there on time, patiently answering our endless questions and reassuring us with their good spirits and confident expertise.  No problem was too big or small for Carl’s attention and Sam’s concern.  For a brief time they were part of our extended family – it took us some time to adjust to their absence when the job was finished.
And no thanks would be complete without a word about the amazing, unflappable Virgil.  Calm, even-tempered, always accessible, Virgil did much to steer us through the rough spots and restore good humor.  Your office staff – Mark and Shirley were also helpful and responsive.

Thanks to you too, Bob, for your commitment to excellence.  We are pleased to be a part of the remodel open house in October.  We will enjoy your work for many years to come – truly you have built us a Great Room!”
